The third edition of the official FIA World Rally Championship series, WRC 3, has been given a release date of October 12th, 2012. The game will be launching on the PC, PS3, Xbox 360, and Vita. 

 

For those who are rally fans, this should be great news, as it’s somewhat difficult to find a pure rally racing game on the market these days. The DiRT series may have made their name on rally, but the latest few entries have expanded into some wildly different game modes, such as Rally Cross and Gymkhana.

 

For pure, balls to the wall point-to-point rally, look no further than WRC 3. Other racing titles may have you competing against other racers or against the clock, but here, nature is your obstacle.
