The Elder Scrolls Online is an actual, confirmed game at this point. It is officially the next ZeniMax Online MMO.
The announcement was made by Game Informer who released their next cover early this morning. The MMO will take place all over Tamriel and will be 1,000 years before the events of Skyrim.
As for the “story” behind the MMO, the main focus will be of daedric prince Molag Bal as he tries to claim Tamriel “into his demonic realm.” Details are few for right now but you can expect a teaser trailer tomorrow for the title.
