Microsoft has confirmed that some Xbox 360 consoles won’t be compatible with the mandatory firmware update. There is good news however as the console manufacturer will replace consoles that become unable to read retail game discs. This is because once anti-piracy measures are enabled you will get to trade in non-working consoles witha new Xbox 360 S with 250 GB hard drive.
