Nike+ Kinect Training, announced at E3 in June, is a workout program that aims to take exercise “games” to the next level of interactivity. It now has a release date, for those who are interested to see how their Kinect can help enhance their workout routines.
Releasing on November 2nd, 2012, Nike+ Kinect Training is a “personalised training experience that can see how the body moves, assess physical strength and athleticism, identify areas for improvement and create a workout plan tailored to each person.”
For fitness nuts (or really just anyone looking to get into, or stay in shape), this sounds like a great way to enhance your workouts. Check out the screens below!
