Your super hero/villain in DCUO can start spreading or destroying some holiday cheer thanks to DC: Universe online. There is a special “holiday” event taking place to help you get in the spirit.
The details are all posted on the official Playstation.blog but we were nice enough to gift-wrap the details and summarize the event for you:
The events take place all around both Metropolis and Gotham City allowing characters to take part in missions and quests, customized for this special time of year.
The events star Larfrleeze, the leader of the Orange Lantern Coprs. For those of you that aren’t up-to-date on Green Lantern trivia. they are “much like the Sinestro Corps or the Red Lanterns, are rivals of the Green Lanterns and are powered by the orange light of avarice, aka greed.â€
You will have to reclaim the holiday presents stolen from this evil-doer fighting off orange minions on behalf of either Hal Jordan or Sinestro. There is also a whole pile of new holiday themed goodies you can purchase or win from the stores along with new events on the way.
