It was leaked late last month that ‘Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance’ would be getting ‘VR Missions’ via DLC. Now we have learned that it will be a PS3 exclusive. 
 
Dalton Link, the Social Media Manager from Konami, took to the Playstation blog to make the announcement. Fans of the ‘Metal Gear’ franchise should be familiar with the ‘VR Mission’ from previous games. Allowing the player to test their skills with virtual-missions and challenges. The VR missions in ‘Metal Gear Rising’ will add 30 missions to the game and will add the classic “VR/Virtual Reality look” from ‘Metal Gear Solid: VR Missions’ according to the post.
 
Link stated that the missions will include, “combat training, tactical maneuvering, stealth-based approaches and more”. Link also added that players will have the chance to “take control of the much loved/hated Dwarf Gekko in the VR Missions”.
 
Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is set to launch on February 19, 2013. Don’t forget that if you don’t feel like playing as Raiden, you can pre-order and receive the exclusive Cyborg Ninja skin and erase Raiden from your brain. Sites like amazon also offer other free DLC as an incentive to pre-order as well.
