The limited edition Kinect Star Wars Xbox 360 was announced last year at E3. Since then it was pushed back in order to launch with the also delayed, ‘Kinect Star Wars’ game. Shortly after announcing a release date for both the console and the game, the pre-order bonuses are rolling in.
The first online retailer to offer a promotion on the bundle is Amazon, who is currently offering a ‘Kit Fisto’ DLC character for Jedi Destiny Mode in the Kinect Star Wars game. As mentioned before the console and game tie-in now have an official release date, April 3, 2012.
The console bundle was met with giant fanfare and pre-orders for the bundle have been racking up since June, 2011. The bundle itself includes:
- Xbox 360 Bundle: Bring the Star Wars characters you know and love into your living room with this custom R2-D2-themed Xbox 360 console with custom sounds. Features C-3PO as an unlockable character for the Dance Mode in the Kinect Star Wars game.
