Players of the MMO ‘DC: Universe Online’ can get their hands on the 16th update today featuring the new DLC ‘Tides of War’. You can check out all the details in the update, as well as check out the new screens below. 

 

‘Tides of War’ features the Atlantean civil war between Aquaman and his brother, Ocean Master. The new seasonal event will have players on both sides of the evil-good spectrum fighting for the Atlantis crown.

 

Players must choose a side and assist either Aquaman and his loyal Atlanteans or Ocean Master with his Mutineers to victory.

 

In a press-release sent out this afternoon, Sony Online Entertainment had this to say about the new seasonal event:

Tides of War offers players an all-new boss battle with up to four players, open world missions on the waters between Metropolis and Little Bohemia, Atlantean turrets throughout the map, and a slew of new rewards and item drops including Atlantean Suit appearance, Fisherman appearance and new pets!

DC: Universe is a Free-to-Play title available for both PC and PS3.
