The PS3 and PSP had a unique “Sony Strategy” when it came to the hardware design aspect, custom builds. This allows for some impressive design capabilities but it is much more expensive. This time around Sony is keeping the cost low when it comes to the Playstation Vita.

According to the EB Games Australia website, the WiFi model of the PlayStation Vita will be $348. The 3G version is also listed for $408.
Hideo Kojima gave us a few details on future prodoctions during the Kojima Productions podcast. The best bit of information is Kojima will be using the cloud data sharing system “Transfarring” for every title his studio releases in the future.
Here is the new “Social Gaming” Trailer for the PSvita. A lot of emphasis has been put on socializing games this year. Though it wasn’t mentioned, facebook, twitter and youtube are being applied to many of the AAA titles this year in consoles, including Uncharted 3, COD:MW3 and more.
Going into E3 this year Sony had three main objectives; apologize for the PSN hack, introduce the NGP now named PSVita and give the consumers something to look forward to for the next year.
PlayStation Vita will launch worldwide “by the end of 2011,” and will arrive in two models starting at $249.
